    Our stay was nice because of the spacious room and the fantastic breakfast options available each morning. The staff also went above and beyond to assist us throughout our visit.

    All of the staff members were caring and especially helpful. Had absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location convenient to quay buses & trains, next door to Central Business District. And it was also just next door to Sydney for the TAB Everest, and other major attractions in Sydney.

    The location is good, not very far from Sydney Opera House. The airport is 0.5 miles away, easy to reach. The hotel serves above average breakfasts and offers extremely pleasant and recently renovated rooms with a huge cupboard, the bathroom plus big fluffy towels.

    An unexpected twist at breakfast

    The exquisite morning pastries made waking up a delight. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, we felt right at home . Wonderful atmosphere!

    The room was slightly cramped and the shower wasn't working properly. We encountered a few hiccups that took away from our overall experience, but nothing too major.

    The location is very good, but dirty rooms. Very nice concierge and porter.

    The rooms are super scary. The bathroom's just disgusting. The second toilet roll is always missing. The doors slam shut into the lock. The TV has a noisy picture because the distribution system is not sufficient. Breakfast way too expensive. We've been to the Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains-Mgallery by Sofitel before ->; it was so dirty - apparently that's how it is with Sofitel - stay away from Sofitel!!!

    The room was a good size, bathroom was lovely.

    The shower wasn't as powerful as I'd hoped but apart from that the hotel on the whole was good.
